1. Coordinate with the futures team to execute orders and ensure quick feedback on trade instructions.
2. Prepare daily summary reports, position data, and manage cash profit and loss records, ensuring timely cash matching through the ERP system.
3. Track the processes of physical delivery, warehousing, quality inspection, and warehouse receipt registration. Assist in submitting monthly rolling delivery plans, warehouse receipt transfers, and pledging as part of regular tasks.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by finance to support company financial analysis.
5. Manage trading risk, strictly adhere to trading risk control policies, and maximize efficiency while minimizing risk.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel).
3. Strong data processing skills with the ability to analyze macroeconomic data.
4. Good command of English for professional communication.
5. At least one year of relevant experience.
6. Keen interest and understanding of the financial markets.
7. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities suitable for a collaborative team environment.
