1. Continuously monitor market trends, track all economic events, and account for market holidays, adjusting specific markets or financial instruments as needed.
2. Execute internal company policies and operational procedures, ensuring order execution strategies comply with financial instrument regulations.
3. Maintain the company’s trading platform, providing up-to-date prices and news.
4. During major news releases, market openings, and throughout the day, monitor spreads, re-quotes, and slippage.
5. Adjust configurations in FxCore PE, QAdmin, BMM, and other systems across different shifts, covering major news events, market openings, and more.
6. Ensure the Risk Management Committee and risk managers have up-to-date information on open positions and exposure to facilitate risk hedging.
7. Verify the accuracy of company hedge exposure data.
8. Answer client calls, respond to emails, and handle client requests or complaints, delivering efficient support.
9. Use all available reporting tools for analysis, taking necessary actions and proposing improvements.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by company management, department heads, or shift supervisors.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
3. Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical skills.
4. Excellent English skills for fluent communication.
5. At least one year of relevant experience.
6. Strong interest in financial markets.
7. Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
